President's Message

We are excited to bring back Michael Nash this Fall to present his full, four-day EXCELLENCE IN MANAGEMENT training series in Wenatchee on September 19-20 and 26-27 at the Town Toyota Center.  This is a fantastic opportunity for HR professionals and leadership within your organizations to gain important leadership training without the expense of traveling out of the area.  Additional information and registration details available under our Meetings and Events tab.

It’s that time of year to focus our efforts on succession planning for AVHRA Board positions in 2018.  We currently have a membership position available and I would love to hear from you if you are interested.  Responsibilities are very reasonable for a volunteer capacity and there are great benefits to being a member of the Board!

Are you interested in joining a Fall study group for certification?  We would like to have a minimum of five (5) participants signed up in order to launch the study group.  If you are interested in signing up or would like more information, please contact Lisa Lee (our fabulous Certification Chair) at lmlee@bluestargrowers.com.  There is tremendous value to you personally and professionally, as well as your employer – please consider certification, it’s career enhancing!
