We received news late last week that AVHRA has once again been selected to receive the Randy Lundberg Northern Lights Award!
This award recognizes outstanding achievement and excellence in overall programming and operations. Programming this year focusing on Active Shooter and the HR Summit, along with work we’ve done in the community in regard to speed interviewing and tips and techniques program for GEAR UP and displaced Alcoa employees helped us to acheive this honor. As a recipient of this award, we will receive recognition at NHRMA’s annual conference and a chapter grant.
