    Work as a member of the Human Resources Operations team and provide support by serving as a change agent to promote efficiencies. Works in a dynamic and customer centered role, with an organizational focus on process improvement. This position provides insights in order to deliver targeted and efficient HR programs and services that drive measurable value. Acts as a credible advisor, having a point of view about business demands as well as human capital needs and then deliver on what is promised.

    Essential Functions

    • Guide Managers in recruiting and employee relations.
    • Ensures the accurate and timely processing and data entry of information from multiple sources and maintains documentation support.
    • Participates in Lean improvement initiatives including developing and improving department goals, objectives and systems, data integrity, and standardization of work processes.
    • Acts as a liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
    • Develops and maintains familiarity with all systems used in the HR department, utilizing them as needed, evaluating their effectiveness as it relates to interdependence on HRIS system workflow and making recommendations for improvements.
    • Provides overall support by researching and resolving problems, perform scheduled activities, and recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet department and organizational requirements.
    • Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, and policy/procedure changes.
    • Participates in user group meetings/conferences.
    • Promote proactive approaches using HR systems to solve business needs/problems, while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of systems capabilities.
    • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
    • Travel to multiple work locations.
