Job Opening - Director of Human Resources

Cascade Medical (CM) in beautiful downtown Leavenworth, WA is replacing their current incumbent due to retirement.

Cascade Medical is a Critical Access Public District Hospital in North Central Washington in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. We currently have 159 employees and approximately 90 FTE's.

This is a key strategic position with responsibility for all Human Resources functions. This position is an integral member of the hospital's leadership team.

We are seeking candidates with day-to-day broad based technical expertise in all key functional HR areas, including policydevelopment, talent acquisition, team building, benefits management, workers' compensation, Employee Health and HR compliance management. We are looking for candidates who are approachable and have strong relationship building skills. Ideal candidates demonstrate the ability to foster an atmosphere of respect and cooperation; and have proven track records in process improvement and staff development.
