    Wapato Point Resort is recruiting for the position of Human Resource Director.  The director is responsible for all aspects of human resource management including employee recruitment, selection and retention, benefits administration, staff development, monitoring compliance with personnel policies and procedures, performance evaluations and collective bargaining contract administration.  A strong background in Washington state and federal employment law and experience managing Labor and Industries claims is essential to performing this job effectively.

    This is a full-time, senior-level management position with an excellent benefit package.  The successful candidate will have any combination equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or related field) and three years of increasingly responsible Human Resource Generalist experience.  Professional in Human Resource (PHR) certification is preferable, but not required.  The ability to communicate verbally in Spanish is highly desirable.  Salary is dependent upon qualifications.
