    Jennifer Berry is a Member at Ogden Murphy Wallace practicing employment and labor law. Jennifer works with employers to solve complex HR legal problems so they can protect themselves from expensive litigation. As former in-house counsel to healthcare and corporate clients, Jennifer is skilled at minimizing legal risk while accomplishing business objectives. Jennifer also maintains a litigation practice and has successfully tried employment law cases in Washington federal and state courts. Jennifer will present information on the National Labor Relations Act in non-union workplaces.
