AVHRA is pleased to present "Using Emotional Intelligence In Leadership". This session is intended to help you learn your default interaction style and how to flexto bring out the best in yourself and others.
An interaction style is a predictable pattern of behaviors that might beconsidered one’s usual way of being. While we are all a mix of all four styles,recognizing the default styles of yourself and others helps us flex our style tocommunicate more effectively with our colleagues, supervisors, direct reports,and teams.
Presenter: Leah Valverde is the Manager of Learning and Talent Development atCentral Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington. Her favorite areas offocus are emotional intelligence, performance management and developingleaders at all levels.
