Please join the CUPA-HR Washington State Chapter on Thursday, February 9 for a free webinar, “Burnout for Leaders: Supporting Staff and Yourself,” presented by the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Employee Assistance Program.
Over the past few years, burnout has become an often talked about topic in the workplace. Many are feeling increased pressure in workplaces, leading to overwhelming stress and possible burnout. In this webinar, leaders will learn:
- What burnout is and how it affects staff
- Burnout cycles and what they mean
- About leadership burnout
- Strategies to support staff and themselves in preventing or lessening burnout
