    Program Information:

Burned out employees extinguish production, customer service, and your workplace culture. What can HR do to light a spark in these employees?

The PHOENIX Method goes far beyond the annual performance review, quarterly coaching, or even stay interviews to re-engage burned out employees. It is a seven-step method to transform careers gone astray by examining the root cause of burn out: misalignment. HR professionals can use these tools to drive engagement in the workforce. (P.S. You can also use these tools to transform your own career!)
