The Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center’s Interim Executive Director, Paul A. Shelp, is pleased to offer a session on effective conflict resolution for business leaders. This in-depth talk will include common causes of conflict at work, and the step-by-step methods leaders can use to build effective communication to solve them, including becoming better communicators themselves. The course will be an excellent resource for leaders who are tasked with managing and resolving individual, team or organizational conflicts.

Paul Shelp is the Executive Director and a Certified Mediator for the Dispute Resolution Center of Tri-Cities, where, in addition to his leadership responsibilities, he coordinates and leads training for the region. Prior to accepting his current position ten years ago, Mr. Shelp spent 24 years in pastoral ministry, leading churches in Missouri and Washington. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, and a Masters of Divinity. Mr. Shelp grew up in upstate New York and Maine, attended college in Boston, and seminary in Kansas City, before moving to the Great Northwest.

    Hope to see you there!
