Learning Objectives: To walk through the critical and legal performance considerations of performance management from A-Z! Employees want clear expectations of what their supervisors and managers want. Supervisors, managers and HR professionals need to know how to provide this to them in a manner that has a productive result. Starting at the beginning, this three hour interactive workshop will guide you through how to clearly write position descriptions, and help you to navigate through the topic of managing employee performance by coaching, counseling, evaluating, training and possible corrective and disciplinary action.
Learn how you can improve employee performance and what pitfalls to be aware of while working through these processes.
