Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Job Location: Yakima, WA

We are looking for a high energy, customer-focused and analytical-minded individual to provide comprehensive analysis and reporting for our compensation and benefit plans. Project management, system and process improvement, complex issue resolution, plan design, compliance and reporting are also key responsibilities for this role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone that wishes to utilize their financial, statistical, or mathematical skills in a multi-faceted role within the compensation and benefits department. Provides sound consultative services to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders in all areas of compensation and benefits advising and providing tools, education, solutions and issue avoidance. Relocation assistance available, as well as competitive pay and excellent benefits package. 

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics or related discipline. Master’s Degree preferred. 

Experience: 3-5 years of working with data, metrics, and analysis.
