    Human Resource and Benefits Coordinator

    Cascade Medical in Leavenworth is recruiting for a 32-35 hour per week Coordinator to support the activities of a busy HR Department. Cascade Medical offers a positive and productive team culture, with a big emphasis on employee relations, and a strong set of Shared Values. The department is implementing many new processes and programs. We are looking for candidates who can work well independently, but contribute fully to the team. Attitude is everything!

    This position provides administrative and HR professional level support to the Director of HR. This will include support in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, records management and benefits administration.

    Competitive compensation, and part time benefit availability with potential for full time benefits in January 2014.

    Qualifications:
    1. Must possess a minimum of an Associates Degree in Business or Human Resources. May substitute with at least three or more years of continuous recent experience working in an HR support capacity. Experience with benefits administration will be a strong qualifier.
    2. Broad fundamental knowledge of employment law, EEOC, FMLA and state and federal wage and hour regulations.
    3. Strong demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint.
    4. Prior experience managing and maintaining data in a database system.
    5. Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    6. Ability to plan and organize work activities and develop realistic action plans to complete assigned projects.
    7. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain 100% confidentiality.
