About Senator Linda Evans Parlette:
Linda Evans Parlette, R-Wenatchee, joins us for an open discussion and legislative update of her work in Olympia. She served two terms in the House before her election to the Senate in 2000. She works as a pharmacist and orchardist when not in session. She graduated with honors from Washington State University, and currently resides in Wenatchee with her husband, Bob. Together they have five grown children and two granddaughters. As a testimonial to her commitment to small business, The National Federation of Independent Business has named her, a “Guardian of Small Business,” citing her 100-percent voting record on legislation that supports entrepreneurs and the jobs they create.
