What does it take to support progressive and positive job performance when there is an invisible or non-apparent disability such as learning, attention, other cognitive disorders or PTSD induced by crisis, crime or war?   How do you know the request for accommodation is reasonable and will work?

This session addresses the essential diversity and inclusion factors in accommodation development and job performance for both current employees and prospective employees with non-apparent disabilities.

Join Nancie Payne for a practical, hands-on approach to maximizing the potential of employees and improving your return on investment!
